GRI: General Rate Increase
SCOPE: To/From All Non-U.S. Trade Lanes
Effective November 1st, 2021
Seaboard Marine will implement a GRI effective October 31, 2021. This increase, applicable to all tariff and contract rates, will be applied on all northbound and southbound cargo between all Non-U.S. ports (excluding export from Costa Rica and Panama to Rio Haina, Dominican Republic) as follows:

45 Foot Container / $220.00

SCOPE: IMPORT MIDDLE EAST TO USA
Effective November 1st, 2021
MSC has filed and will implement an adjustment to the below PSS with the following quantum and effective date for all shipments from the MIDDLE EAST (Bahrain / Iraq / Kuwait / Oman / Qatar / United Arab Emirates / Saudi Arabia (Dammam & Jubail only)) to USA and Puerto Rico:
USD 2500 => per 20' Equipment
USD 2500 => per 40' Equipment
USD 2500 => per 40'HC Equipment
Reefers and SOC & SOT are subject to the announced increase.

Bunker Recovery Adjustment Factor
SCOPE: US, Canada EC to/from LATAM, Caribbean
Effective: November 1st, 2021
Please see as per below the updated Bunker Recovery Adjustment Factor to be implemented on Short Term contracts (< 92 days) as from 01 NOV 2021. This charge will fluctuate monthly and will apply to all lanes (except for rates currently subject to Bunker):

Effective November 1st, 2021, for all Dry/Tank and Refrigerated cargo shipments originating from the U.S. & Canada to all destinations, the following GRI shall apply:
Dry/Tank Cargo from all US & Canada Origins:

Reefer Cargo from all US & Canada Origins:
USD 100/40’RF

Airline: Lufthansa Cargo
Lufthansa Cargo is increasing its Airfreight Surcharge, effective October 25, 2021, from 0.40 to 0.45 USD per kg chargeable freight weight. Please note, the AWB issue date, not the flight date, determines the applicable Airfreight Surcharge.

Air France KLM Martinair Cargo reviewed its 'MINIMUMs' and will apply the following new levels effective November 1st 2021. The 2 tables below specify the new Minimum levels per Region.
