GRI: General Rate Increase

SCOPE: To/From All Non-U.S. Trade Lanes

 Effective October 31, 2021

Seaboard Marine will implement a GRI effective October 31, 2021 for all non-U.S. trade lanes. This increase, applicable to all tariff and contract rates, will be applied on all northbound and southbound cargo between all Non-U.S. ports (excluding export from Costa Rica and Panama to Rio Haina, Dominican Republic) as follows:

20 Foot Container / $100.00

40 Foot Container / $200.00

45 Foot Container / $220.00

Vehicles Not Exceeding 750 Cubic Feet / $60.00

Vehicles Exceeding 750 Cubic Feet / $4.24 per W/M

Break-bulk, LTL / $4.24 per W/M

GRI: General Rate Increase

SCOPE: West Coast of South America to USA and Canada

 Effective November 14, 2021

Seaboard Marine will implement a General Rate Increase from Ecuador and Peru to the United States and Canada effective November 14, 2021 applicable to all tariff and service contracts, is as follows:

CGS – Congestion Surcharge UPDATE

SCOPE: Far East to USA and Canada

Effective until further notice

Further to our Congestion Surcharge (CGS) announcement of September 13th, 2021, MSC decided to postpone until further notice the implementation of the CGS increase, applicable for cargo discharging on the West Coast (local and IPI cargo).

The GCS amounts currently applicable to all cargo from Far East to the USA and Canada since August 19th, 2021 gate-in date at origin, will remain into effect as follows:

USD 1000/40’DV

USD 1125/40’HC

USD 1266/45’

GRI - General Rate Increase 

SCOPE: USA TO CENTRAL AMERICA & CARIBBEAN

Effective November 15th, 2021 

Mediterranean Shipping Company Co. has filed and will implement a GRI with below quantum, scope, and effective date for all DRY and REEFER containers:

From SEATTLE, LONG BEACH and OAKLAND 

to Puerto Quetzal, Acajutla, Corinto, Puerto Caldera: $500 per container (Dry and Reefer);

to all Central America Ports (excluding the above mentioned): $100 per TEU (Dry and Reefer);

 to all Caribbean Ports (excluding Bahamas ports): $250 per TEU (Dry and Reefer);

PSS - Peak Season Surcharge Increase

SCOPE: NORTH AFRICA TO USA

Effective November 16th, 2021 (LAST CNTR GATE IN DATE)

Countries:  Tunisia, Morocco (Casablanca only), Algeria (Bejaia, Alger, Skikda, Annaba, Oran), Libya (Khoms, Tripoli, Misurata, Benghazi) and Malta  to USA and San Juan (Puerto Rico).

Please note the new PSS amount out of North Africa into the United States effective November 16th , 2021 (last container gate in full date).

SCOPE: Turkey, East Med (except Israel), Black Sea excluding EEA countries to United States

Effective November 15th, 2021 (last container gate in full date)

GFS - Global Fuel Surcharge

SCOPE: ASIA TO USA 

Effective November 1st, 2021

Please be advised that MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company has filed and will implement the below GFS (Global Fuel Surcharge) with the following quantum and effective dates for all shipments from Asia to the USA effective November 1st, 2021 from Asia to USA, the GFS levels will be as follows:

 
 

Airline: Amerijet International

Amerijet International Airlines’ airfreight surcharge (ASC) will update effective November 1, 2021. The ASC fee applies to all 810 air waybill shipments with an execution date of November 1, 2021.

This fee must be inserted on the air waybill as "other charges due carrier" preceded by the code “ASC” and IATA code "MY".


Airline: Air France

Air France KLM Martinair Cargo reviewed its 'MINIMUMs' and will apply the following new levels effective November 1st 2021. The 2 tables below specify the new Minimum levels per Region.
